International Visitors
Anvilogic, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to theEU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have certified to the U.S.Department of Commerce that we adhere to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the EU and the UK, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for data from Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the applicable DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. We may still send you non-promotional emails related to your account or transactions.In compliance with the DPF Choice Principle and relevant data protection laws, you have the right to opt out of (i) the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for purposes materially different from those for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized, and (ii) the use of your personal information for materially different purposes. Anvilogic is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Under the CCPA, Californians may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information. If your personal data has been submitted by or on behalf of anAnvilogic customer, please contact the customer directly to exercise rights under applicable data protection laws.
Data Retention and DeletionWe retain personal information as long as necessary for legitimate business needs and legal compliance. Upon expiration of the retention period or when data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.
Inquiries and Complaints
Direct inquiries or complaints about our DPF compliance to privacy@anvilogic.com. We investigate complaints within 45 days. If your inquiry or complaint is not resolved, and relates to our compliance with the Data Privacy Framework, you may initiate binding arbitration only after exhausting all other available remedies, including:
Contacting Anvilogic directly to attempt to resolve the issue;
Filing a complaint with the appropriate Data Protection Authority (DPA), such as the EU DPAs, UK ICO, or Swiss FDPIC, and fully engaging in the resolution process provided by that authority.
If the dispute remains unresolved after these steps, you may invoke binding arbitration by delivering a Notice to Anvilogic, Inc. at compliance@anvilogic.com. The Notice must include a summary of the steps taken to resolve the claim, a description of the alleged violation, and, at your discretion, any supporting documentation or legal context.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to theEU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Anvilogic, Inc. commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office(ICO) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner(FDPIC) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
Disclosure Requests - We may disclose personal data to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Onward Transfers - We are liable for third-party agents acting on our behalf if they fail to comply with DPF obligations, unless we prove we are not responsible.
Enforcement - Our compliance with the DPF is subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. FTC.
Changes to this Notice - We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or direct communication.
